Rorun offers different plans with different features and limits. Here's what each plan includes:
Free Plan
- Tax status check
- Obligations dashboard
- Basic transaction tracking
- Standard deadline alerts
- Education hub
**Limits:**
- No filing pack generation
- No bank connections
- No automatic sync
- Manual transaction entry only
Basic Plan
Everything in Free, plus:
- Year-end filing pack generation
- Statement import (CSV/Paste/PDF)
- Email notifications
- Export transactions
**Limits:**
- One business workspace
- Manual bank sync only
Business Plan
Everything in Basic, plus:
- Bank connections (read-only)
- Automatic bank sync
- Advanced reminders
- Multi-user access
- Enhanced reporting
- Guided filing wizard
**Limits:**
- Multiple users (up to 5)
- Multiple bank connections
Accountant Plan
Everything in Business, plus:
- Multi-workspace view
- Priority support
- Bulk operations
- Advanced reporting
**Limits:**
- Unlimited workspaces
- Unlimited users per workspace
Upgrading
1. Go to Settings → Plan
2. Select a plan
3. Complete payment (Paystack)
4. Features unlock immediately
Downgrading
- You can downgrade anytime
- Access to previously generated filing packs remains
- New feature access is removed immediately
- Billing adjusts on next cycle
Usage limits
Some features have usage limits:
- **Transaction imports**: Check your plan for monthly limits
- **Filing pack generations**: Limited per tax year on some plans
- **Bank connections**: Limited by plan
- **Storage**: Check plan for document storage limits

**Q: Can I try a paid plan?**
A: Contact support for trial options.
**Q: What happens if I exceed limits?**
A: You'll be notified. Upgrade to a higher plan for more capacity.
**Q: Can I cancel anytime?**
A: Yes, cancel anytime. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
